Then in the morning there was only one shampoo packet given in the bathroom for multiple people and there were extra available to buy in the vending machine. Upon arrival we requested a late check out and verified it multiple times.
The employee said they would make note of it, but they never did so in the morning an employee came to our room saying we missed checkout.
The first room smelled weird and had small black hairs all over the bed sheets. The next room they gave me still had a funky smell and a big yellow stain on the sheets, when I pulled the top cover back. I could hear everything going on out in the hall, and the staff didn’t seem to mind about the party going on down the hall on the second night.
I chose to stay because I could find another hotel in the area and was there for a work convention.
I would have preferred to have the room a little smaller to have more room for the bathroom. But the bathroom smelled like smoke and soon the whole room too. The beds were very comfy and the TV wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be! The room was decent but I'm not sure I'm by staying at this hotel again.
The non smoking suite smelled of weed and cigarettes plus there were ashtrays all over the room along with no smoking signs. The bed was rock hard, sleeping on the floor would have been more comfortable. The sink was pulled out from the wall, there was a large hole in the door, etc.
Since I booked thru a 3rd party I wasn't able to cancel.
I will say the receptionist did offer to cancel our reservation.
Stop by the Honolulu Zoo or Honolulu Aquarium or hike up Diamond Head Crater at the end of Waikiki Beach for an amazing view of Oahu's South Shore.
The beds were uncomfortable and we were woke up multiple times due to the train.
In the morning we were woke up as we could hear people in the room next to us as the walls were thin.
